The bundle only works if you copy the whole repo root as one unit -- copying a single sub-skill folder like skills/x-post-writer/ on its own (the unit the README's own 'nine skills' framing implies) breaks immediately, since every sub-skill reaches outside its folder for ../../references/hook-formulas.md; confirmed live both ways. Installed correctly, running the real publish dispatcher (no Publora key set) produced a correct, well-formatted manual copy-paste fallback with the right upgrade instructions.
