Konsoliderer meeting recordings, handwritten notes, photos, and supplementary docs from a folder into one structured Word deliverable - executive summary, decisions, an action-item table, open questions, and a ready-to-send follow-up email. Udløses ved 'meeting notes/summary/minutes' eller requests to consolidate meeting materials into one document. Bygget for Claude Desktop med a filesystem MCP server plus a bespoke gaik-transcriber MCP server for audio/video; without both running it degrades to text/image-only synthesis.
Testrapport
Kørte a short pasted meeting transcript through the output template and it correctly marked a missing due date and priority as 'TBD' instead of inventing them - but the transcription half of the pipeline needs a bespoke gaik-transcriber MCP server whose source (transcription-MCP/server.py) lives in a sibling repo folder, not inside the documenting-meetings/ directory a plain cp -r would grab.
