Organizes a raw dataset into a full reproducible empirical-research project (01_source_data through 08_project_admin), drives SPSS or SPSS-MCP analyses, and writes up a Chinese-language LaTeX paper with tables and a compiled PDF. Triggers on SPSS/SPSS-MCP analysis requests, especially ones that end in a Chinese academic results write-up; requires Windows, a locally licensed IBM SPSS Statistics install, and the separate Exekiel179/SPSS-MCP server (not bundled) to actually run analyses.

Actually ran the bundled scaffold script on a throwaway CSV and it built the exact 8-stage project tree, research-design skeleton, and a ctexart LaTeX template the docs describe, byte for byte — but the skill's actual analysis engine is gated behind a paid, Windows-only IBM SPSS Statistics install plus a separate uninstalled MCP server (Exekiel179/SPSS-MCP), so the core 'run the statistics' promise couldn't be exercised here.
