The install copies cleanly from a bare HOME and the SKILL.md is a well-written, security-conscious routing layer, but it is inert on its own: every instruction points at MCP tools (get_entry, execute_with_secret, request_credential) that only exist once you build the Go vault binary and wire it into the agent as an MCP server. With no server connected I could not exercise a single credential operation, so the no-skill baseline was unbeatable in practice. Scored output unmeasured (5) because the whole value lives behind setup I could not complete here.
