The catch is broken plumbing: SKILL.md points at workflows/prod-clarify.md, prod-spec-story.md and prod-spec-task.md that do not exist (actual files are prod-spec-clarify.md, prod-spec-epic.md, prod-spec-issue.md), and quick-issue-template.md references a missing templates/stories-template.md, so the primary 'create a story' path dead-ends. The bug, task, spike, PRD, epic and constitution files are present and usable.
