This skill is no longer available upstream. Our re-check on Aug 10, 2026 couldn't find it any more (SKILL.md not found in repo tree). The test below is what we measured on Jul 17, 2026 and we're leaving it up as a record — but there is nothing left to install, so we've removed the command.

Fed it a compact JD plus a deliberately mismatched resume: its weighted rubric (0.6/0.2/0.2, and a must-have miss caps the total) landed at a realistic ~55% weak-match and flagged the missing AI-product experience as a structural gap, while the no-skill baseline hand-waved '~75%, go apply.' The catch: every generated HTML report is forced to embed the author's name and LinkedIn/X/Xiaohongshu buttons, and the skill self-checks and refuses to omit them.

Scored on four weighted criteria — install, triggering, output vs. baseline, docs. How scoring works

  • Installs cleanly 5/5
  • Triggers reliably 4/5
  • Output vs. baseline 8/10
  • Docs & honesty 4/5

What Offer Toolkit does

A three-part job-search toolkit that decodes a job description into an Offer Strategy Report, structures and renders resumes from 11+ print-grade templates, and builds a reusable STAR behavioral-interview story bank. Triggers on job-search requests: whether to apply, resume edits, JD analysis, or interview prep. Pure reasoning with bundled scoring rubrics and no external dependencies.

How to install Offer Toolkit

Nothing to install: the source repository no longer has this skill. If the author brings it back, our daily re-check will pick it up and the command will reappear here.

Commands — how to trigger Offer Toolkit

  • /offer-toolkit-skill Decode a JD, score your resume match, build a STAR story bank

It also activates on plain-language prompts like these:

  • Score how well my resume matches this senior product designer job posting.
  • Decode this job description into a strategy report before I apply.
  • Build a STAR story bank from my past project experience for interviews.
