This skill is no longer available upstream. Our re-check on Aug 10, 2026 couldn't find it any more (repo unreachable/deleted). The test below is what we measured on Jul 19, 2026 and we're leaving it up as a record — but there is nothing left to install, so we've removed the command.

The bun CLI loads and its --help matches every documented flag, but any real generation opens Chrome for an interactive Google Gemini login that timed out after two minutes with no account, so the output-versus-baseline delta is genuinely unmeasured. A read of all ten bundled TypeScript scripts is clean: they only reach gemini.google.com and Google's upload endpoint and cache Google's own auth cookies locally, with no third-party exfil. Functional image-generation backend, but the login wall plus the bun dependency is real setup friction that blocks a no-skill comparison.

Scored on four weighted criteria — install, triggering, output vs. baseline, docs. How scoring works

  • Installs cleanly 5/5
  • Triggers reliably 5/5
  • Output vs. baseline 5/10
  • Docs & honesty 4/5

What Genimg Gemini Web does

A CLI-backed skill that drives Google Gemini's web interface to generate images and text from prompts, with multi-turn sessions and reference-image upload. Triggers when a task needs an image-generation backend (cover images, illustrations) rather than image editing or analysis. Requires the bun runtime and an interactive Google login via Chrome.

How to install Genimg Gemini Web

Nothing to install: the source repository no longer has this skill. If the author brings it back, our daily re-check will pick it up and the command will reappear here.

Commands — how to trigger Genimg Gemini Web

It also activates on plain-language prompts like these:

  • Make me a hero image for this landing page through Gemini web.
