⚠ This skill is no longer available upstream. Our re-check on Aug 10, 2026 couldn't find it any more (repo unreachable/deleted). The test below is what we measured on Jul 24, 2026 and we're leaving it up as a record — but there is nothing left to install, so we've removed the command.
Ran it on a 4-requirement auth ticket against a small Express codebase: it correctly tagged the health route DONE, rate-limiting NOT DONE, reset-token expiry PARTIAL (timestamp stored at auth.js:10 but never checked at auth.js:18), and NODE_ENV NOT VERIFIABLE — whereas the no-skill baseline wrongly called NODE_ENV 'not done' and flattened the partial expiry, with no file:line evidence and no saved report. Its four-way status taxonomy plus verbatim-quoted blocks caught two categorization errors the freehand pass made.
Scored on four weighted criteria — install, triggering, output vs. baseline, docs. How scoring works
- Installs cleanly 5/5
- Triggers reliably 5/5
- Output vs. baseline 8/10
- Docs & honesty 5/5
What Check Ticket Implementation does
Audits how much of a ticket is already implemented: it splits the ticket into independently verifiable requirement blocks, judges each against the working tree with file:line evidence, and writes a human-readable TICKET-STATUS report. Explicitly invoked (disable-model-invocation) when you ask for a ticket's implementation status. Read-only on code and tracker.
How to install Check Ticket Implementation
Nothing to install: the source repository no longer has this skill. If the author brings it back, our daily re-check will pick it up and the command will reappear here.
