Ran a real US-to-EU telehealth regulatory review both ad hoc and skill-guided: the skill version added a compliance-cost table, an INC/DEC/CONST risk-trend matrix, and named monitoring sources the ad hoc answer never produced. But its 'Load trend indicator definitions from protocols/TREND-INDICATORS.md' points outside the skill folder into the shared sigint repo root, so a standalone copy silently loses the formal/extended notation (the basic INC/DEC/CONST format is luckily also inlined in SKILL.md itself, so core output isn't broken).
