Voice-aware LinkedIn drafting system: paste past posts to extract tone/vocabulary/hooks into a voices/<name>.md file, then turn a rough idea into 2-3 publish-ready drafts that follow that voice. Also does topic-seeded idea brainstorming, on-demand web discovery of react-worthy content, and folding session learnings back into the canonical voice file. Triggers on drafting/refining a LinkedIn post, 'find me some inspo', 'post-back for <author>', or 'fold in <author>'s learnings'.

Ran a real create-post pass against a hand-built Jane voice file: skill output stripped every AI tell the baseline produced (emoji, hashtags, 'in today's fast-paced world', rhetorical-question close) and delivered 3 voice-consistent variations plus a working pbcopy clipboard handoff.
