Clean, well-scoped medical-data skill with a real synthetic-only disclaimer; the catch is the 'install path' is the whole 23MB/1045-file monorepo (Docker files, deploy scripts, a checked-in DuckDB binary) since the root SKILL.md's relative links reach sibling skills/ formats/ references/ dirs at repo root — a naive cp -r drags all of that in.
